Clearance Letters

A clearance letter is a document that provides information regarding your clean criminal history record.

 

You can stop by our office to pick up the necessary form. 
The completed form must be brought in person to our Business Office, along with one of the following forms of identification:

  • Valid U.S. passport
  • Driver’s license 
  • Photograph identification card

 

Please note, fees will apply at the time of request. Allow 10 business days for clearance letter processing.
